Course Aims

This course is designed to increase a learner’s knowledge and understanding in equality, diversity, and inclusion and how it applies to their role in health and social care.

The training is divided into 4 Modules:

  4. Values and Support

As well as learning about the laws that govern and relate to equality and diversity, learner’s will also have reference and learning of the Code of Practice for Health and Social Care Workers. This is a downloadable resource from the course.

Learners undertaking a level 2 or 3 health and social care diploma, may use their certification of this course as recognition of prior learning, helping them to evidence the criteria for their qualification.
