Refund Policy

If we provide you with access to our Careskills Materials (as defined in our Terms of Use) our support team will be available to answer any questions you might have.

Should technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities cause the Careskills Materials not to function, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, we require that you provide sufficient information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., company name, your payment reference number, date of transaction, purchase value, description of purchase, etc.).

To make a valid request within 30 days of purchase, you must submit to us a letter/email confirming your requirement for a refund, along with the reason(s) for your request.

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this refund policy. By purchasing access to the Careskills Materials, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
