- restaurants, pubs, hotels
- food and drink manufacturers
- care homes
- supermarkets
- retail environments e.g. delis, bakeries, coffee shops that sell food
- hospitals
- schools and nurseries
- prisons
If you are a manager of any of the above, our Level 3 Award in Food Safety is a better course for you.
