Since 2024, Careskills Academy has been part of iHasco – one of the UK’s leading eLearning providers. iHasco focuses on supporting businesses with high-quality Health & Safety, HR, Business Compliance, and Soft Skills workplace training. Q: Do my payment terms change?

No, the payment terms you have currently will remain the same.

Q: Will my pricing change?

Nope! There will be no changes to pricing as part of your LMS upgrade.

Q: Do my credits work the same as before?

We will be introducing a Unified Credit Model which will make it easier for you to purchase all types of courses. Previously, credits would be ‘consumed’ when your learners were enrolled on a course. Moving forward, your credits will be consumed when your learners start a course.

Q: Why has my credit balance changed?

This only applies to you if you’re a Pay As You Go customer. We are introducing a Unified Credit Model which makes it easier for you to purchase all types of courses. Standard credits will receive x6 increase . Premium credits will receive a x15 increase .

Q: Why are we upgrading you to Atlas LMS?

We want to deliver the best possible service for your users and your business. Your new Atlas LMS allows you to elevate your team’s online experience, make reporting more efficient, and improve overall performance. Atlas LMS has more features and functionality than your current Careskills Academy online platform. It also performs faster and has more courses for you to choose from. You’ll also have access to a larger support team, should you need any assistance.
