Q: My learner isn't using an email as part of their access credentials, how will they log in?

To ensure secure and reliable access to an account, we recommend using a valid email address. If we identify any issues with learner credentials, we’ll contact you as part of your upgrade.

Q: As an Admin User, I'm not using a valid email address - how will I log in?

To ensure secure and reliable access to your account, we recommend using a valid email address. If you need to update your email, please reach out and we’ll support you through the process.

Q: Will the refresher cycles be transferred across?

Yes - all your preferred refresher cycles will remain in place. They are called 'Training Intervals' on your new system.

Q: What do we need from you as an account admin?

During this time prior to launch, it would be really helpful if you could review your learner list and delete any users that have left your business so they will not be moved to your new system. Please email us at LMS@careskilsacademy.co.uk if you need any guidance on how to do this.

Q: Will our course library stay the same?

Yes - you will retain access to all Careskills Academy courses and high-quality content.

Q: Why do I need to reset my password?

Your passwords need to be reset when you first log in to Atlas LMS for compliance and security purposes. Your users will be required to reset their passwords on their first log in. However, your admin users will be able to reset passwords for all users. If you need support with resetting your password, please reach out to our Support Team.

Q: What will happen to my LMS data?

All of your data will be retained on Atlas LMS, including: Users/ Permissions Course Enrolments Certificates Previous course completions

Q: Is there anything I need to do?

There is nothing you will need to do to upgrade! However, now might be a good time to complete any admin tasks and clean up your data! Remove any users that are no longer required, update any email addresses that may have changed and so on.
