Anti-bribery enforcement is carried out in line with the regulations set out in the Bribery Act 2010. On a domestic level, lower level cases of bribery are generally investigated by specialist police units and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) carries out the prosecution. The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) tends to investigate and prosecute higher level, and often international, cases of bribery.
